What You Will Need

You will need:

• 1/2 cup of water
• 1/2 cup of glue
• 1/4 cup of laundry detergent
• A large mixing bowl
• A fork
• Optional: 2 drops of food coloring and 1 teaspoon of glitter

How It's Made

Be sure to follow these steps very carefuly because this will effect the outcome of your slime.

1. Pour the 1/2 cup of water into the large mixing bowl.
2. Stir in the 1/2 cup of glue into the large mixing bowl. Make sure to get all of the glue into the bowl.
3. Next add two drops of the desired food coloring.
4. Stir the mixture.
5. Now add 1 teaspoon of glitter.
6. Stir the mixture.
7. Use your fork to stir in 1/4 cup of liguid laundry detergent.
8. Stir mixture until it turns to a glob.
9. Use your hands to knead the slime for 1 to 2 minutes.
10. Play with your slime and store it in a plastic container or a sandwich baggie.
